Professor Danilo (Dani) Antonio is CRISP’s Real Estate Industry Specialist and a permanent member of the CRISP Rating Committee, having contributed extensive expertise and leadership to the organization since 2008. He previously held the position of President at Banco De Oro Realty Corporation (BRC), where he played a pivotal role in the company’s strategic growth and operational excellence.

Professor Antonio was instrumental in the founding and development of several pioneering real estate firms, including LANDCO, Phoenix Land Inc., and Horizon Land Inc. Through these endeavors, he has helped to establish benchmarks for innovation and quality within the industry.

Alongside his professional achievements, Professor Antonio is deeply committed to the academic world. He instructs courses in entrepreneurship and real estate development at the Asian Center for Entrepreneurship at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Professor Antonio received his Master’s in Business Management degree with Distinction from the Asian Institute of Management.
